Exchange & Return Policy

It is important to us that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. 

If for any reason you do not absolutely love the item you ordered, we gladly offer returns and Free exchanges service. Please do not cut the lace, make sure the wig is unaltered, unworn, unwashed, undamaged and in original packaging within 7 days. 

Before shipping back, please email us firstly for the shipping address. We have all rights to refuse the package if you send it back without our permission.

Customers are responsible for the return shipping charge.

Custom made orders can't be exchanged and returned except for our mistakes.

Cancellation Policy

For stock order
1. Free of charge.
2. The shipped order cannot be canceled.


For custom order

1. Free of charge within 2 days after you placed the order.
2. 15% handling fee will be deducted from the total for the cancellation within 1 week after the unit is in processing. 
3. 30% handling fee will be deducted from the total for the cancellation after 1 week when the unit is in processing. 
4. The shipped order (customized order)  cannot be canceled or returned. 

Exchange policy

1. Email [email protected] within 7 days after receiving your package to make an application for exchange. Emails received after 7 days will not be taken into consideration. We will send a reply email within 24 hours.

2. Please email us with photos of the hair for our reference.

3. We can offer one-time exchange without restocking fee for the items that have not been worn or tampered with. But the customers will be required to pay the shipping fee of sending the item back to us. After we have received the returned package from you we will then ship the exchanged item for free.

4. For any price differences between the exchanged items, we will charge you extra or credit back the overcharge.

5. Rush Exchange:
-You can place a new order and receive your refund when the original item arrives back. 
-Place a new order online, we will prepare the new hair while waiting for the return. Your new hair will be shipped to you after it is finished.
-When we receive the returned product in original condition, we'll issue the refunds or store credit that has the delay.

 

 Return Policy

-The customer should return the package as agreed within one week after receiving the return address

 

  1. Please email us with photos of the hair for our reference.
  2. Before returning, please contact us first; we are not responsible for any packages posted without our consent. (Do not ship the package to the address we didnt agree on.) 
  3. The shipping fee of return would be paid by customers.
  4. There won’t be any restocking fee charged.
  5. Customized orders do not accept a return. 

 

Combo and Kit Specials


Combo and Kit Specials include two or more items that must be purchased together in order to receive a discount.

Items sold as part of a Combo or Kit may be returned individually for replacement within

the applicable VIPWigs Exchange & Return Policy for that individual item. If an individual Combo or Kit item is returned for a refund, 

the applicable discount will be voided, and the discounted amount will be deducted from the amount of the refund.

If your combo/kit discount amount is greater than the individual unit price of the item you wish to return, 

then the item cannot be returned for a refund; you will need to return all items in the combo/kit in order to receive a refund.

For example: if your combo/kit discount was $5, and you return one of the items for a refund, the $5 will be deducted from your refund amount.

Repair Policy    

    

REPAIR SERVICE

1. Every customer can enjoy a one-time free repairing service within after-sale three months (except for the damage caused by improper use ).

2. Repair services after 3 months will be charged a fee that depends on what kind of repair needs to be done.

3. Please email [email protected] with pictures before you return it we have to make sure whether it can be repaired.

4. We will initially determine the cause based on the photos, specific reasons, and repair methods that will be given after the wig is received and checked by professional staff.

5. The repair costs will be on the customers if the damage is the result of inappropriate use.

6. Customers are responsible for the return shipping fee.
