Free Shipping to most countries, orders will be posted by FedEx, UPS or DHL usually. Normally items will arrive within 2~7 working days after being posted. Any delay of your package we will remind in advance or you can back to us directly we will there to solve it. 

USPS will takes longer than FedEx. 

Exchange policy

        1. Email [email protected] within 7 days after receiving your package to make an application for exchange. Emails received after 7 days will not be taken into consideration. We will send a reply email within 24 hours.

        2. Please email us with photos of the hair for our reference.  

        3. We can offer one-time exchange without restocking fee for the items that have not been worn or tampered with. But the customers will be required to pay the shipping fee of sending the item back to us. After we have received the returned package from you we will then ship the exchanged item for free.

        4. For any price differences between the exchanged items, we will charge you extra or credit back the overcharge.

        5. Rush Exchange:
        -You can place a new order and receive your refund when the original item arrives back. 
        -Place a new order online, we will prepare the new hair while waiting for the return. Your new hair will be shipped to you after it is finished.
        -When we receive the returned product in original condition, we'll issue the refunds or store credit that has the delay.

What is a Lace Front Wig?

Lace front wigs are manufactured with a thin lace that extends from ear to ear across the hairline, about 4inches/ 6inches width, and the back area is machine wefts. When you receive the unit the lace will be really long in the front, you will cut the lace along the front of the unit. The goal here is to create a new hairline. You will not cut all of the lace, as you will apply adhesive to the lace/your new hairline.

Once the unit is applied, you will have on a full hair wig - but the front of the hair wig will not be like a regular wig. The wig will appear that it is growing directly from your head.

What is a Full Lace Wig?

Full lace wigs are manufactured with a cap, and a thin lace is sewn on top of the cap. Individual hairs are sewn into the thin lace.
Full lace wigs will have lace all around the unit, and require the lace to be cut all around the unit. You will be cutting a hairline around your entire head. By doing so, once done you can wear your hair anyway you like, ponytails, up-dos etc. Think about it. With the wig, you have just cut yourself a new hairline around your entire head.
Once the unit is applied, you will have on a full hair wig - but the front, back, and sides of the hair wig will not be like a regular wig. The wig will appear that all of the hair is growing directly from your head.

What is the difference between a lace front wig and a full lace wig?

A lace front wig has lace that extends from ear to ear across the hairline, and back is machine weft. A full lace wig is all handmade, available for being worn in a high ponytail, which will give a more natural looking than lace front wigs, it can be parted anywhere you want.

What are Bleached Knots?

Bleached knots mean bleaching out the knots which are caused during tying each strand of hair into lace by hand at the base of the cap. By this, the knot will be a lighter and the whole lace wig will look more natural similar to its own natural hair. On dark color hair, we suggest you use this procedure. The lace wig with bleached knots will also look natural.

Tips: all the products in our web has bleached knots before shipment except hair color in 1# jet black and 1b# off black cause it is too dark to bleach.

What does Density refer to?

Density refers to how thin or thick your hair is. The standard and the common choice is 130% with medium density. If you want thicker or thinner, you can choose custom made.

How long can I expect the wig to last?

The life of your wig will depend on your use and care of it. If handled properly, it should last you 6 months to a year and even longer depending on your handling and use.

Do you charge extra for Baby Hair? Does the wig come with Baby Hair?

Our inventory wigs all have baby hair around the perimeter. It is free of charge. Also, you can select to add baby hair around front only, back only, all around the perimeter or no baby hair of custom wigs. Most people choose to add baby hair all around the perimeter which makes the lace wig have a more natural looking.

Can I recolor or restyle the wig?

Color tip:
We strongly recommend not to dye the lace wig since most of our products have been colored, During coloring, the hair may be over processed or damaged. We are not responsible for any damaged caused on the unit during dying. However, you can dye the virgin hair to any color u want, for Remy hair u can only dye darker.

Style tip:
For wavy or curly hairs, these lace wigs have been already processed by a perm for wave or curl. So, it is not recommended to hot curl or flat iron the lace wigs again to avoid any over processing. 
For straight hairs, Yaki perm straight and light Yak hair, you can use hot curling or flat ironing, because these hairs are naturally curly or wavy.

Does the straight hair wave up when being wet?

If it is silky straight, our answer is "Yes, it does". But after it is dry, the silky straight style will be back. The Yaki Perm Straight and Light Yaki textures do not wave up when wet.

What is Yaki Texture and what is the difference between Yaki and Silky?

Yaki texture is processing we do to your wig that adds a micro kink to the hair strands to mimic Africa-American people relaxed hair.
The silky straight hair texture is the natural state of the Indian Hair as it comes from the donor. It looks like the wig of white people. If you are Caucasian, we recommend you choose the silky texture.
